How to Register for Medeo
Our office uses Medeo Health which is a secure telemedicine platform that allows users to receive secure messages regarding new patient forms, lab/imaging requisitions and upcoming appointment information from both their health care providers and our admin staff through their phone, tablet, or computer.
We recommend patients register before their first appointment.
No-Show and Late Arrival Policies
We value your time and are committed to providing every patient with the attention and care they deserve. Because we are a busy clinic with a full schedule, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following policies:
Cancellation Policy Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another patient who may need it.
No-Show Fees

New Patient Appointments: A $80 fee will be charged for any missed appointment without proper notice.

Follow-up Appointments: A $40 fee will be charged for any missed appointment without proper notice.
Late Arrival Policy - To ensure we can provide adequate time for all scheduled patients:

New Patient Appointments: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to rebook your appointment.

Follow-up Appointments: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to rebook your appointment.
We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you are running late, please call us as soon as possible so we can try to accommodate you.
